Situated on the Weimarer Straße, 44 comfortable 2 to 3 room condominiums are being built. Apartment sizes from approx. 52 m² to 126 m² on five floors offer excellent opportunities to develop individually and according to one's own needs. All flats are barrier-free from the public circulation areas to the flat entrance. In the penthouses, the requirements of LBO BW §35 paragraph 1 for barrier-free access are implemented.
Each flat has a balcony or terrace. Lovingly designed communal areas such as the club room with kitchenette or a fitness area with two infrared seats are popular meeting places.

The care facility FRITZ-ESSER-HAUS, operated by Arbeiterwohlfahrt Kreisverband Mannheim e.V. (AWO), is located on the same area at Weimarer Straße 30.
The residents and users of the condominiums have the possibility to use the various offers of the AWO in the care facility, such as:

Cafeteria in a cozy ambience with an outdoor terrace
Public cultural events
Inexpensive lunch for senior citizens

In addition, the AWO nursing service can provide nursing and housekeeping support in the residents' own homes, if required. If necessary, short-term care and day care are also available at the FRITZ-ESSER-HAUS nursing facility.

Optimal location

"Vogelstang" is located in the eastern part of Mannheim, between Käfertal, Wallstadt and the B 38. Today, 13.000 people live in this grown district in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The Vogelstang-Center shopping center was built in the center of the district and still provides a good infrastructure; a weekly market is held two days a week. Stores for daily needs can also be found in the neighboring Kurpfalz-Center along Spreewaldallee.
In addition to its spacious recreational areas such as sports facilities, tennis courts, an equestrian center as well as two allotment gardens, the Vogelstang Lake in particular is a popular destination for cyclists, joggers and also Mannheim-Vogelstang has excellent transport connections in all directions. The B 38 leads into Mannheim's city center and provides the highway connection to the A6 in the direction of Frankfurt/Basel in an easterly direction. Mannheim's city center can be easily reached by tram.
