On the northern outskirts of Viernheim, in the popular Bannholzgraben II development area, we are realizing the green v Viernheim project as general contractor in several construction phases.

Five buildings with a total of 87 attractive condominiums with 2 to 4 rooms are being built.

Our construction project achieves the classification Climate-friendly residential building with QNG and is supported by the special subsidy program 297/298 of the KfW banking group. It thus qualifies for an exceptionally good interest rate program that brings significant cost savings for buyers.

Our apartments

Overall concept:

In the first construction phase, houses A and D are being built, each with 14 attractive 2- to 4-room condominiums and living areas of approx. 60 m² to 126 m². The buildings will each have four above-ground floors (ground floor to 3rd floor), and "on top" there will be a recessed staggered floor with two attractive penthouse apartments each with magnificent roof terraces.

Optimal location

In the middle of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and optimally connected
Viernheim is located in Hesse, but borders Baden-Württemberg to the west, south and east. With a population of around 34,000, it is the second-largest city in the Bergstrasse district of southern Hesse and has excellent BAB connections. Whether by bicycle, public transport or car, the next largest cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Weinheim an der Bergstraße can be reached in a very short time.
 

Good infrastructure with short distances
The city center invites you to go window shopping, and you will find numerous restaurants and cafés to linger in. In the middle of the town is the Apostelkirche, built in 1900 - an impressive landmark of Viernheim. Schools and kindergartens, doctors, banks as well as stores for daily life are within walking or cycling distance. All shopping enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the Rhein-Neckar-Zentrum, one of the largest shopping and leisure centers in the region. In the immediate vicinity are also the Kinopolis and the new Indoor Skydiving Viernheim. Nature lovers appreciate the Anglersee, the bird park and the climbing forest with adjacent playground and extensive forest trails as popular destinations.
