The gate to the Glückstein quarter

The planning was carried out by the renowned architectural office Lepel & Lepel, Cologne, which emerged as the clear winner of the architectural competition for Building Area 1. With clear contours and a strict, slender façade design, LOKSITE presents itself as an unmistakable urbanistic prelude.

In the new business district Glückstein-Quartier you are well connected: The main railway station, a bus line and the B36 are in the immediate vicinity, the building has its own underground car park. The location also offers a wide range of gastronomy and 4-star (conference) hotels.
